Tieu Jue Yue is a Technology Manager with over 5 years of experience in managing enterprise technology initiatives, cross-functional project delivery, and large-scale digital transformation activities.
Currently with Innotech Labs Sdn Bhd, he is responsible for overseeing multiple enterprise projects involving system integration, cloud migration, SIT/UAT governance, deployment coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight. He has extensive experience orking closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project exection, operational alignment, and technology delivery.
He is also experienced in resource planning, timeline management, governance coordination, escalation handling, and enterprise solution implmentation across complex business environments.
Tieu holds a Degree in Bioinformatics from University Selangor (UNISEL) and continues to strengthen his expertise in enterprise technology management and strategic digital solution delivery.
Nur Nadia Halim
Digital Platform & Project Executive
Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Biometrics (Hons) from Universiti Selangor, with a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem solving, and data-driven approaches supporting digital systems and project environments.
With over 4 years of experience in digital platform operations and IT project delivery, experience spans end-to-end project activities across enterprise and eCommerce environment, including translating business requirements into technical execution while ensuring alignment between stakeholders, technical teams, and business users. Involvement includes system testing (SIT/UAT), requirements coordination, data validation, deployment support, user training, and platform adoption initiatives.
This experience has strengthened the ability to bridge communication across cross-functional teams while maintaining focus on delivery quality, operational efficiency, and structured execution to support successful project outcomes and platform improvement.
Muhammad Zulhilmi
Project Resource Manager
Muhammad Zulhilmi is a Project Resource Manager at Innotech Labs Sdn Bhd with experience in handling project resource planning, recruitment, and manpower allocation. He is responsible for identifying project requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, and managing the onboarding process including job offer preparation. He works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure resources are aligned with project needs and timelines. He holds a Bachelor of Bioinformatics (Hons) from University Selangor (UNISEL).
